Sudbury has trains to London and buses to surrounding towns and villages. The location is very quiet with a parking space.

The room is very large, around 200 sqft, recently re-furbished, carpeted (freshly cleaned) and light and airy.
There is a bed with a deep mattress on a new modern oak bed frame.
Has a large chest of drawers with another smaller and a big wardrobe.. including is a dining table/desk with upholstered chair, the room also has a two seater sofa in faux leather. Has glass coffee table and a very large square, oak framed wall mirror.

Included is central heating for the winter, constant hot water at the kitchen and shower room taps.
The hot shower is available 24/7 in a new modern large enclosure.
The property has two modern toilets with sinks for
hand washing. The hallways are lit with automatic ceiling lights. A fast WiFi internet is included.

There are shared refrigerators and freezer. Available in the utility room are a washing m/c and tumble dryer, also a garden with a drying line. The patio and garden capture the sun most of the day.

This is a non smoking/vaping property internally but can be accommodated externally.
