Double room to rent asap!

Hello! I have a lovely room to rent in a pretty area of cornered near friars meadows and walkable to the town and the train station. You'd be living with two females and two cats. there are essentially 2 toilets in the property although i own the top floor completely I'm renting out floors underneath. The room is unfurnished and as i won the property the rest of the house is fully furnished. The garden is very pretty and there is parking on the street.
