• Annexe has its own front door, 2 bedrooms (1 available) and sitting room, kitchen and bathroom (power shower over bath). smart TV, Wi-Fi (no gaming).
• Use of patio
• Off-road parking,
• £600pcm for Monday to Friday. (£50 supplement to come back on Sunday night, or for less than 3 months)
