Lovely Sunny Double Room to Rent

Hi, I have a fully furnished double room to rent in my lovely Victorian cottage. The room is a good size, it is light and sunny and overlooks the garden. There is a shared bathroom, a good size kitchen/dinning space and a living room. There is a small garden at the front and a good sized sunny garden at the back. There is also plenty of space for parking.

The house is within walking distance of the train station , which has good connections to Bury, Ipswich, London Cambridge etc. It also close to some lovely countryside and is in walking distance of shops.

I am ideally looking to rent the room from Monday to Friday. However i would consider renting for weekends too to the right person. I am a working professional and am looking for somebody who is also in full time work and who is friendly, clean and tidy. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me via email. Please note that the price of £500 is based on it being a Monday-Friday let. If it was for weekends too it would be £600 including all bills.
