Its a shared bathroom and kitchen. Clothes washing must be done in the garage laundry room, there's a dryer, washing line. please do your own cleaning, respect other people do not take over the kitchen. Don't leave your personal things in the bathroom.
The other lodgers dont clean but have been told as there is no cleaner as they quit.

Double quiet room with plenty storage, all bills included, large built in wardrobe, tv, 2 sets of draws and under bed. There is a dog at the property. Please be respectful. FREE PARKING, FREE WIFI, NO BILLS.

We dont want loud music, drugs or police at the house! so dont apply if you like to smoke in the house. This is a basic shared HMO bathroom and kitchen, NOT THE RITZ.

Parking is first come first serve on the 2 driveways, there are also 2 on street parking areas front and back,
RULES: NO DRUGS AT THE PROPERTY,
NO EXTRA PEOPLE STAYING OVER MORE THAN ONCE PER WEEK.
