bedroom for rent jn quiet village of weeting. i am looking for someone who works that is clean and tidy, i have child so dont want partying etc at the house, more than welcome to smoke as long as its in the garden, must keep all of the house clean and tidy if you use all areas. i travel away every month to vist my fiancé abroad so am away ten days out of the month. available for long or short term rent. i would prefer a txt than a phone call, rent to be paid one week ahead so when move in you would need to pay £240 plus £240 deposit. 2 weeks notice required should you want to leave. please txt or call if interested in room. room is fully furnished double bed wardrobe and draws happy to remove if you want your own furniture. i will take some more photos later if you wish to view room please call. council tax band B
