Room in Grade 2 Listed farmhouse in small village

We have a pleasant fully furnished room available over-looking a beautiful garden. We would welcome a quiet friendly person (preferably female since we currently have four males and only one female, who would welcome the presence of a another lady!) The house is very old, built pre-Armada, oak-framed and solid, but with thin interior walls and ceilings which is why we need a quiet-living person. There is a resident cat, but we think one pet is enough so no more thank you! There are shared kitchen, living room, conservatory, bathroom, shower room, and WCs on ground and first floor. .All kitchen equipment is shared so residents need to co-operate over their use. The house is regularly cleaned and heating is by oil. The elderly landlords (a couple) live in a converted barn in the large natural garden which surrounds the house, so are easily contacted when needed. There is no local bus service so you need your own transport.. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
