Kisumu is a Grade 2 Listed Tudor farmhouse on the edge of a friendly village, surrounded by a large garden, among farmland. Our tenants are all single working men, each with their own transport. Each has a private room and there are shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room and toilets. Rooms are furnished, and the kitchen has washing machine, oven, additional hotplates, kettle, microwave and several fridges. Cooking pans, crockery, cutlery, tea-towels etc are provided, or you may bring your own. Bedding and towels are also provided if you wish.. There are landline phones, Wi-Fi, oil Central heating, and ample parking.
