Kisumu is a Grade II character property, Council Band F, set in lovely natural gardens on the edge of the village of Wickham Skeith, mid-Suffolk
. We currently have four male tenants who each have their own private bedroom, and share facilities. There is a shared living room, and a large kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, hot plates, fridges, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea towels etc and a bathroom with large airing cupboard, shower room, and WCs on ground and first floor. There are rotary dryers in the garden. The house is heated by oil-fired radiators.
There is ample parking - tenants need their own transport as there is no daily local bus service. There is WiFi throughout the house. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, and there are vacuum cleaners for tenants to use.
The rooms are light and airy and the current tenants are friendly and welcoming.
The landlord lives in a barn annexe in the garden. Rental is £480 (increasing to £500 a month in June) and covers all bills.
