A well presented mid terrace property with a rear garden that catches the evening sun. With both neighbours being quiet, I do the same and keep the noise down. Woodbridge is a 5 minuet walk to the centre where there are lots of great eating & drinking establishments. Woodbridge also provides a gym, swimming pool & spa, small cinema next to the train station, all next to The River Deben that provides lovely walks to unwind.
The room has a double bed, TV, Wardrobe & chest of draws. We share the bathroom that has an over bath shower, Kitchen with extra space in the utility & conservatory. The lounge has a large TV.
