Woodbridge, Double room, all incl price, parking

Price incl all bills including council tax. I have a quiet furnished double room to rent, recently decorated in 'shabby chic' style. I am a single professional woman who enjoys sharing my home. I am looking for a considerate person who is looking for a place to live near central Woodbridge. I have had quite a lot of work done on the house recently so it is all newly painted. I also have a new bathroom done to a high standard. It is not ensuite but as it would just be 2 of us I have found this is fine. If you have a car you will have your own off street parking space. I have a lovely large garden with pergola to sit under in the summer and pond.
There is wifi, dishwasher, tv socket in the room, washer drier, all new appliances in kitchen. There is a lounge which we would share and separate dining room. If this is what you are looking for it would be good to speak to you.
