Cottage Near The River Deben In Woodbridge

Hi, I currently rent a beautiful 3 storey cottage right next to the river in woodbridge with stunning views and a 2 minute walk into the town centre. My current housemate is moving out due to work commitments. The double room to rent has a view of the river and is priced at £350 per month which does not include bills.
