The kitchen is of a high standard and there is a 'spa' with a gym and hot tub available 24 hours a day.

Ideally the owner would like help maintaining the house and garden in exchange for a reduced rent. In fact a conscientious, courteous, well motivated, fit male with an appetite for simple DIY tasks, house keeping and gardening could live rent free if they have enough spare time.
