Available either furnished or unfurnished we have large double bedroom in our home. As a furnished room there is a double bed, bedside tables, chest-drawers, wardrobe and a comfy chair. The bathroom is next door and has a digital shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. An option for an ensuite is available at an extra cost if this would be preferred.

The house is of a modern design, with generously proportioned rooms that benefit from underfloor heating, double glazing, ample off-road parking and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen-family room is full of the usual mod cons and white goods and has large Bi-fold doors that open onto the patio and garden. High speed Wi-Fi is available.

We are located just of the A12 in Martlesham with good access to Ipswich, and Woodbridge.
