Double Room in Central Woodbridge Apartment

Hi, I have a large unfurnished double room available for rent in my town centre flat.
The flat is located just off the thoroughfare meaning it is in an ideal location for the town centre however we are tucked away from all the noise.
The room is big enough for a large double bed and furniture as you can see from the photos. It is quite a spacious room with lots of natural light. There is a tv socket in the bedroom and access to the wifi.
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas as well as a balcony and a communal garden.
The bathroom has a bath with a very good shower.
There is easy access through to one of the car parks which you can purchase a permit for or after 4pm you can park in the thoroughfare.
All bills are included.

I work in the town centre and am a friendly relaxed person.
