The room is situated at the front of the property with a view of the front garden. It is centrally heated and cosy with drawers for clothes etc. The kitchen and living areas are adjacent to each other in an open plan arrangement. Guests are welcome to use both areas. The bathroom is shared with other guests when the other rooms are occupied but not shared with the host.
There is parking at the front on the driveway. There is a back garden with a view of the horse field.
Woodditton is a small and quiet village South of Newmarket. It is handy for Cambridge, Ely and Bury St Edmunds. We have a pub 2 minutes walk from the gate, The Three Blackbirds, which does great food.
I would expect my guests to be clean, tidy and respectful, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, living area and bathroom would be appreciated.
