Nice outlook over garden in rural location, which will therefore require occupant to have transport, although within walking distance of bus-stop. Semi-secure off road parking (behind gate), with large garden. There is a downstairs shared bathroom together with kitchen and sitting room. The house has oil central heating throughout. There is a phone in the bedroom too (if needed).
This room is available to sensible and quiet students as well as professional people. Must like animals - I have one small lively dog! Anything else please phone/visit for more info and to view.
