Nice room in 2 bed apartment, large house conversion, rent is inclusive of all bills . need reliable flatmate months rent in advance.
Some additional info. I am 70, still working and very active. I have no preference with regards to age, Gender or race. however a younger person might prefer a younger flat mate.
I have previously had problems with tenants non payments, This was mainly household bills, elec, council tax etc. I have therefore added an addition to the rental which I think should cover this, I think the amount added is fair and reasonable. Also the room is not furnished, I got rid of furnishings left by previous sharer. The bonus from this is you can have the room just as you would like.
