Room for a Professional female….Spacious double room with wooden floors, in a beautiful converted 17th century house. Upstairs bathroom with a bath, downstairs shower.
Use of living room , kitchen and patio. All bills inclusive, but will ask for contribution towards heating oil when needed. Smoking acceptable outside only, and must love animals especially dogs & cats.
Local Mildenhall town is approx 2 miles, includes shops , restaurants, supermarkets and bus station.
Local train station is in Kennett approx 2.5 miles. Would need a car to get around as no local shops in the village, bus service is limited. Parking area for car is provided. I work from home, daughter is at university but comes home during end of term.
Shared cleaning for areas used ie bathroom, kitchen and living room.
