Lovely furnished double room available

The room is in a new build well decorated house, with living room, dining room table, and good sized well equipped kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet and there are French doors leading into the garden. There is a smaller third bedroom which I currently use as a reading room and spare bedroom, it has a single day bed that can extend to a double bed for any guests you may want to have overnight. There is also loft space if you have any extra's that you may want to store here during your time.
The bedroom has a double bed, two bed side tables, a long and low chest of drawers, tall boy and wardrobe.
There is a driveway parking space out the front of the house, and to the back of the house is a grass garden with patio area, garden chairs and table.
The house has a family bathroom next to the double room, which has a toilet, sink and bath. This is rarely used by myself, so you could make it your own. There is a shower available in the house.
You are more than welcome to have friends over.
I have one small dog (a Lhasa Apso, Pippa) living with me, she's very friendly and has never been any trouble. She loves company!
I am friendly, approachable and like to chat, love to laugh, especially over a glass of wine. I enjoy baking and cooking with others. I have two acoustic guitars and love to play and sing.
The cul-de-sac where the house is has friendly neighbours who will likely make you feel very welcome. It's a quiet area with a pub a few minutes walk away.
Worlingworth is a village around 10minutes from Framlingham, stradbroke and Debenham.
I work in Hollesley, near Woodbridge so I drive through Framlingham Monday-Friday and would be happy to car share the commute if working times match up.
