3 storey house with 4 bedrooms to rent, also available for a lodger/lodgers a private sitting room and a study/office, shared kitchen and pantry. Large garden. Good buses services ,situated in a village with cafe , shops and pubs. Nearby is the beautiful beach of Covehithe, lots of footpaths and the nearest town is Southwold 7 mins drive, a Regency seaside town. There is plenty of privacy lodgers can use the kitchen and pantry . We only take Lodgers who are in full-time employment. Lodgers if they have one are encouraged to bring a digital t. v otherwise I will provide one. We as a married couple go out once a week and once a month we have friends to supper and occasionally we have a guest to stay on the ground floor. We are quiet in the evenings, watching a movie or reading, we tend to have supper at 7.30. Lodgers always welcome to have a cup of tea when back from work with us. 500 yards away is a pub with good meals.
