Room available in relaxed share house

I own a 5 bedroom property in a quiet location set in 2 acres.

I own my own business but need to reduce how much I work due to my health so I'm looking to rent a couple of rooms to some easy-going guys. A sense of humour and a relaxed attitude would be an advantage.

It's a big big house with generous size rooms and lots of space outside for parking.

There is a huge kitchen/diner as well as 2 lounges and dining room.

I have 1 existing lodger who is very chilled and he's been here for around 5 years so I must be doing something right!
