Your Room
Double bed, floor to ceiling wardrobe, 4 drawer unit and bed side tables allows plenty of storage. A safe provided in your room for your valuables.

Bathroom
The main bathroom will be shared however, primarily for your use as I have an ensuite.

Bills
Bills all inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV License for communal area and fibre optic broadband)
