This is not a HMO so you will not be sharing with many other people this is my private apartment so you will only be sharing the flat with me only.
Large hot water storage so water is always hot no need to wait for the shower. I work a lot so the apartment is empty most of the time.
You will have your own gate remote so you don’t need to get out of the car to open the gate just press the button.
