A 10 minutes drive to the M25 and M3 A 45 minutes to London Waterloo via train.
The local train station is 3 to 5 minutes walk. And local bus connection Kingston and surrounding areas.

There is free parking on the road by the house. Even though I have a driveway that fit 3 cars, and a garage. The room has as a view of the park where you can easily access with a 1min walk.
Or if you just want to relax in the huge quiet back garden or patio in the sunshine. The garden consist of a Bqq pit and a small pond with fishes inside.
The house comes with an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge and very spacious.
Everyone in the house is a working professional and rarely at home except for evenings and weekends.. we all very sociable and easily going even our little bundle of Joy Coco. Our cat.
