1 Double room with their own en-suite available

We have one ground floor room with there own en-suite . There is a roomy, shared lounge with two leather sofas and flat screen TV. Stylish kitchen/diner and laundry room and a large paved garden. We have parking spaces on the drive with an additional small charge per month. All household bills and communal fortnightly cleaning and gardening are included in the rental price. The house is in an excellent location close to the M25, Addlestone town centre, station and St Peter's Hospital. The rooms can be unfurnished if you have your own furniture or come furnished with a double bed, memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chair and bedside cabinet. Virgin fibre broadband is included. I'm afraid we can't accept couples. the rooms per month start at £845 per month. References required. please call to arrange a viewing. To secure the room we take a £100 holding fee.
