POET's Corner - looking for room mate

Poet's Corner is 4 roads, with no through access, 10-minute walks to both Weybridge and Addlestone.

The room is fitted with a 3-column wardrobe, plus the double bed is an ottoman for extra storage. There is also a shed available to store non-expensive items like suitcases etc.

I am a 38-year-old male, and have used spare rooms a handful of times over the last 10 years; I've enjoyed it! I have the front room, plus a bar/office, and there is also a TV in the available too, so you have the option of as much or as little social time as you like. There is also a dining table that sits 6 in the kitchen, so plenty of space to entertain friends, should you wish.

I have no kids. The estate is quiet. I am looking for a solo, similarly-aged professional. I have a cleaner who is covered in the cost.
