It’s basically your own flat without the high costs, just sharing the kitchen downstairs. We are in the kitchen quite a bit, if you cook a lot & a shift worker that would work well.

Your 3 rooms are within a well kept home, not a house share, so it’s private & peaceful in a quiet residential area. The serene Cox's Pond and the River Wey are a few minutes' walk from the house & really picturesque. It’s a lovely walk down the River to Weybridge. You will also be within 10/15mins walk to the local high street with supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, Addlestone train station etc.

We're looking for a clean & tidy person, who will be respectful of our neighbours. We’re very friendly but will also give you your privacy.

You will need to like dogs - it's hard to ignore our friendly golden retriever.

6 month contract with potential to extend long term.
