Room available for lodger short/long term

I have a double room available from 16th December. Super quiet area in a newly refurbished clean and stylish home with large garden. Sharing with only two housemates, this can be a lovely place to stay, but is not a party house. Peaceful setting and house is cosy. I will be there to do the garden but am a live out landlord.

Looking for..
professional, clean and tidy person, has a 9-5 job.
Someone who is house proud, can look after the place and get along with all housemates.

No overnight guest stays allowed ( only occasionally).
For single occupancy only.
Available for short or long term stays. Long term preferred.

The rooms are absolutely stunning with shutters, wardrobes, brand new flooring, desks. Shared lounge, kitchen, shared bathroom with separate WC.

Large south west facing garden.
Plenty of parking space.
Two References required. This is essential.
Must have UK citizenship.
No students.
Walking distance to all amenities.
River Wey is 10 mins walk.
Cinema and supermarket 10 mins walk.
Train station 15 mins walk (Change at Weybridge for fast trains to Waterloo).
5 mins drive to Byfleet and New haw station.
