Full flat / 6 mths / bills incl / private parking

I’m looking for a lodger to house sit my 2 bedroom flat for a 6 month period while I’m travelling for work. I would be returning to the property at times but very infrequently.

My pet cat will be staying at the flat while I travel, so I’m looking for a short term lodger that loves animals and would be happy to take care of her while I’m away.

The double room is already furnished with a super king bed, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. There is a large bathroom, a living room/dining room + open plan kitchen. The living room leads out to a communal garden via French doors where I have some basic garden furniture. The property comes with a private parking space, but on street parking is also available at the front of the property for visitors.

All bills are included.

The flat is available from the 12th September , but I can be flexible for the right lodger.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Addlestone train station which has excellent transport connections locally and into London.
