Full flat / 6 mths / bills incl / private parking

Hi everyone,

I’m Gen and I currently live alone in a lovely 2 bedroom flat in KT15, Addlestone/Weybridge with my pet cat called Fox.

I’m looking for a lodger to take care of my property for a 6 month period while I’m travelling for work. I would be returning to the property at times but very infrequently, so this is the perfect opportunity for someone who would like a flat to themselves.

My pet cat will be staying at the flat while I travel, so I’m looking for a short term lodger that loves animals and would be happy to take care of her while I’m away.

The double room is already furnished with a super king bed, bedside tables and a built in wardrobe. There is a large bathroom, a living room/dining room + open plan kitchen. The living room leads out to a communal garden via French doors where I have some basic garden furniture. The property comes with a private parking space, but on street parking is also available at the front of the property for visitors.

All bills are included.

The flat is available from the 18th September and if the right lodger is looking for a longer stay I can be flexible in terms of length of agreement.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Addlestone train station which has excellent transport connections locally and into London, it’s also just a short walk from Weybridge which has lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.
