Nice room in a tidy characterful old house

Nice room. Good room with nice aspect. The room is 14ft x 11ft so plenty of space for a desk, there is a chair in the room now if you just want relax in your own space. Clean and well decorated room. Close to shops and station in Addlestone, very close to M25 but not close enough for the noise except when the wind is in the wrong direction but you can't have everything, but it's never noisy, a really quiet little road.
Animals allowed but not cats I'm afraid.
There is a small back garden. Non smoker preferred or you have to use the garden.
Tidy person required, although your room is your room. Non-smoker preferred or use garden. Shift workers welcome but if you do need to be at home during the week, and in the day time, then you may have to contribute extra toward heating costs.
Previous occupiers will be happy to give you a referral if you'd like to know more about me. Generally people have stayed for between 5 and 10 months moving to be with friends or a place on their own with partner.
