House is fully central heated 24hrs when below 5 degress c outside during cold months.
Our house is very friendly with Polish. Romanian Nigerian,, British house mates im British, if your English is limited. We will help you for sure! ( We call our house "The United Nations" Lol ) Smoking is Breakfast bar area or outside (when warm outside) No smoking in bedrooms or bathrooms. We are all professionals clean and respectful. Two weeks holding deposit that also means 2 weeks notice to move out from agreed contract stay when you agree to rent room. The bathroom has been fully refurbished with new twin head shower.
