There is an unfurnished double room available to rent in a two bed ground floor flat in a gated development in Addlestone. Its very close to town centre (walking distance) with two large Tescos locally and train line into London Waterloo approximately 1 mile away and the M25 & M3 is a two minute drive away. St Peters Hospital is approximately 10 minute drive away. Easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

I am the current tenant and have lived here for 3 years and can honestly say its a lovely quiet development. Its a fairly large flat with open plan kitchen/living area. The right tenant will have exclusive use of the main bathroom. There is off street parking and a car park at the rear of the development which is free.

I am looking for someone professional who is friendly, tidy, clean. There are communal outdoor bike sheds.
