The shared areas include: spacious open plan lounge dinning room, kitchen (including use of cooker, microwave, fridge, and washing machine), bathroom, downstairs WC and garden.
Downstairs there is a communal PC with internet connection and wifi is available throughout the house.
Half a mile from Addlestone railway station and close to bus routes to Heathrow Airport and St.
Peters Hospital.
Close to a large Tescos, plenty of nearby restaurants and takeaways - 10 min walk.
We are all professionals: a couple (the landlords), and a male lodger. We would appreciate another considerate lodger: someone who is respectful towards us and the house and is comfortable with following basic house lodging rules.
