My flat is warm & cozy in a peaceful location. There is also free parking for your car/motorcycle.

This rental would best suit a professional who is clean, tidy & respectful of other people's property.

I (landlord) work shifts & are rarely at home giving the tenant the flat to themselves most of the time.

There is also some storage available in the garage in the block

All bills included £600 monthly
