Double Room in lovely house

Nice double room for rent in a lovely house, located on a pleasant quite road, close to shops and 5 min walk to train station.

We are looking for a third person to join us in the lovely house share. Currently one male and one female with a variety of interests including cooking, cycling, socialising and films. We are both in and out quite a lot as we are both busy professionals so we have never felt on top of each other.

The house is a lovely 3 bedroom house and feels like a home, so we are looking for someone who would like to live in a friendly, homely atmosphere and share with two very nice people. There is a recently fitted out bathroom, good quality kitchen, living room and dining room. Beautiful garden, maintained by a gardener, that is ideal for summer evenings or a weekend BBQ! There is also off road parking which could be a nice bonus if you have a car.

The room itself is a good sized double, very nice and comfortable to make your own, but we would hope that whoever moves in make use of the space the rest of the house has to offer.

We would really like our new housemate to be friendly, sociable, considerate and clean.
