I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share my two bedroom flat in Albury.

The bedroom available is a spacious double room. The rest of the flat, shared with me, comprises a large country style kitchen, good sized bathroom with shower over, and a cosy sitting room with an open fireplace. There is also a south facing garden and off-road parking.

Ideal location, being a minute's walk from a lovely pub and the village shop, as well as beautiful countryside, but just 15 minutes from Guildford. Chilworth train station 20 min walk or less than 5 min drive away.

I am 23 years old and I work full time with horses. I am friendly and sociable, but I'm also happy in my own company. I enjoy seeing friends, going to the pub, running, walking, Pilates, reading and baking. I'd be keen to find a flatmate who shares similar interests, but this isn't a deal breaker! The most important thing is that you are friendly, respectful and clean.
