We have a spacious room available in our large home in the Surrey Hills, set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are a quiet household and live downstairs, while the upstairs of the house provides a largely self-contained living space shared by two lodgers. We currently have a friendly young professional female lodger and are looking for a second easy-going person to join her.

The available room is a generous double bedroom with its own private bathroom. You'll also have access to a shared kitchen, used only by the two lodgers.

The property benefits from a large wrap-around garden and a peaceful countryside setting, making it an ideal home for someone looking for a relaxed and comfortable environment.
