Double room, with own bathroom

We have a large house in the Surrey Hills.
We live downstairs, and are a quiet household.
We currently have a female professional lodger, and have space upstairs for a second lodger in a double bedroom with its own bathroom, and access to the shared kitched (alongside the other lodger only).
The house has a large wrap around garden, and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
We are looking for an easy going lodger to join our current easy going lodger.
The lodgers have a their own front door, and the upstairs is self contained.
Bills included.
