Double room in Alfold

Furnished double room for rent in my newly decorated 2 bedroom, ground floor maisonette in Alfold. Quiet, semi rural location close to Cranleigh with off road parking and gardens. Use of all amenities including kitchen, bathroom and living room with log burning stove, fast broadband and BT tv. I am a 41 year old firefighter, I work in central London and work 2 days, 2 nights and have 4 days off so sometimes I am at home quite a lot and sometimes not around for a few days as I stay in London. I am very active so am often out and about but happy to stay in and chill out as well. I’m friendly and easy going, happy to spend time with others but equally happy to spend time on my own. I have no real preferences for a housemate as long as you are respectful, clean and tidy and easy going as well.
