The housemates are all professional people (early 20s to mid-30s) who work hard but also like to socialise together on occasion. If you're new to the area, this house share is a great way to meet new people. All housemates are carefully selected to ensure a good fit with the existing tenants.

The house comes fully furnished with a very large shared kitchen diner and a living room with a 55-inch Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV, catch-up services, playback, and 350 Mbps ultrafast Internet throughout.

🍳 The kitchen features a range cooker with 7 burners and 3 ovens, and all kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.

🔥 The high-spec boiler with a pressurised hot water system ensures hot water is always available while keeping the house warm and cosy during winter.

🛡️ All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your safety.

🧹 Weekly cleaning of communal areas and a gardener as required.
