This is a lovely room on the first floor, with its own ensuite in a Fabulous Boutique House Share over looking the side of the house AVAILABLE Sept 28th 2025 This is a warm home not an institution. You will make friends here and not want to leave.

THE ROOM

Brand new large double bed and comfortable mattress. All mattresses are doubly protected with coverings.

The Ensuite has a large power shower.
The Broadband is fast Virgin Business package for optimum efficiency. There is a cat 5 cabe for ethernet connectivity. A Tv Aerial. Pictures/ cushions optional.
Lockable doors
Ensuite bathroom with power shower and heated towel rail ( winter only)

There is ventilation extraction throughout the house

The KITCHEN/DINNER/LIVING area is spacious and is well stocked with all the utensils/pots & pans/crockery etc you will need.
There is a table & chairs /sofa/TV.

The UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine, dryer and heated laundry rack..

Broad band is fast

THE GARDEN has recently been designed, with a round patio set in gravel with scented lavender & Bee loving plants. The garden is sunny & spacious and shady in part, a bench site under the walnut tree for afternoon shade OR you can sunbathe in the full sun
There is a shed for the secure parking of bikes.

PARKING I recommend to tenants that they off load on the front but then park their car on an adjoining road, where parking is free  to protect their car

I really enjoyed my time at 24 Stanwell Road. The house was clean and I loved my housemates. The location is very convenient for transportation and grocery shops.
Having an en-suite was a huge perk and the bathroom has everything you’d need. The only thing is the room gets warm in the summertime, but the garden makes up for it as it is a nice place to chill at. And during winter the rooms are very cozy. The furniture and design are modern and you can tell Fiona cares about the houses. Definitely worth booking a viewing!!

I genuinely loved my time living on Stanwell Road, it was only meant to temporary but I ended up staying for much longer than anticipated. Fiona has created a warm and welcoming home that is a true zone of zen for all those living there. Fiona has truly gone out of her way to try think of how 7 people might live harmoniously together and implemented as much as she could to aid comfort and happy living. Not only this, but Fiona is open to suggestions and ideas as to how to improve the property and its facilities, and then is quick to implement. Whenever an issue cropped up, Fiona was quick to respond and really treated each housemate as an individual with individual needs which I appreciated and think is important. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to reintroduce myself back down south post pandemic and have a lot to thank Fiona for!

I lived in one of Fiona’s properties and I really enjoyed my time there. The house was well maintained and definitely felt like a home and any issues reported were resolved quickly. Any time any flatmate has a concern, or question, it is answered or remedied quickly and thoughtfully-our house was always appreciative of this dedication and reliability! Having stayed at 3 of Fiona’s properties over the last 3 years I would thoroughly recommend staying at Fiona’s Hush Homes properties. They are beautifully furnished and decorated with generous living spaces bedrooms and kitchens.
