This flat comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly and chatty lady who runs the launderette below this flat.

She is looking for companionship, a female presence within the home and the reassurance of an overnight presence in the flat. She would like someone who can prepare and share an evening meal plus help with some small chores.

The ideal sharer will be a single female, chatty and polite. They can be working full time or part time, but should have some time available in the evenings to offer some companionship.

The Householder is an incredibly friendly, chatty and warm lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, she feels a little lonely and isolated.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.

The property is a very well maintained flat with a launderette on the ground floor. The second floor has a good sized kitchen. lounge and shared bathroom. On the top floor are two bedrooms. The sharer has a single sized room with lots of storage space and access to the shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the flat including the kitchen and lounge.

The Householder is a very sociable, chatty and friendly lady aged 48. Also at the property is a male tenant who has been living in the flat for over 10 years.
