We have large double room becoming available with ample amount of storage and a desk in a modern recently refurbished house share.

The double room shares a bathroom with only with one other person and this bathroom is cleaned weekly by our cleaner.

The existing housemates are all friendly working professionals that work in the local area and would be pleased to have a like-minded person to house share and socialize with.

• The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license, broadband and council tax.
• Sorry no couples, working professionals preferred please.
