Flat Mate Wanted

I’m looking to welcome a new housemate into my well-kept and comfortable home in a lovely area with great amenities. The available room is a large, fully furnished double bedroom featuring a king-size bed, TV, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers—all in excellent condition and lightly used by one previous tenant.

You’ll have sole use of a spacious bathroom, which also serves as the main bathroom for guests, so I do ask that it’s kept neat and presentable. We’ll be sharing the kitchen and living areas, and I take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and harmonious living space—so ideally, I’m looking for someone who shares similar values.

• Deposit: £781.25
• Available for both full-time or Monday–Friday lets
• Street parking available directly opposite the property
• Access to a generous garden and a handy outhouse

I’ll be living in the property too—I’m a 28-year-old professional, sociable and easy-going. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, so I’d love to find someone who’s comfortable with a social household environment. While I don’t have pets full-time, I do have family dogs who may visit from time to time, so being animal-friendly is a must!
