The Studio ( self contained apartment )

A self contained Studio apartment at the end of my garden. There is a separate side entrance and the Studio has it's own front door and a small patio entrance in front.

There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a full oven and hob. There is also a wardrobe that is not shown in the photos and a wall mounted room heater. I have an up to date EHCP. The monthly rent includes bills, other than WiFi. There is no WiFi in the Studio.

Our house is situated in a quiet residential road in Ashford Surrey, a ten minute walk from the train station. There are 4 trains an hour to Waterloo and the journey takes 40 minutes.

The studio is also approximately three miles away from Heathrow airport.

The Studio would suit people that are clean, quiet and who will consider the environment and the neighbours. I have undertake a landlord check monthly.
