We’re offering a double room in a relaxed, shared home, currently set up as a storeroom but will be fully furnished with a new double bed and bedside table for the right person. The room already has a wardrobe, and we’ll make sure it’s ready to live in comfortably.

House is up for sale, so this would suit someone looking for a flexible short-to-medium term let. If the house sells, you’ll have 3 months (or less) notice – we’ll be upfront and communicative.

Looking for: Someone easygoing, tidy, and respectful, who understands the situation and is open to a flexible arrangement. This could suit someone in-between places, working in the area temporarily, or just looking for a short-term base.
