Bright sunny Double room in detached house

I am looking for a housemate to move into the newly redecorated double room in my beautiful, sunny 3 bed detached family home, this room would suit a professional female, who is tidy and respectful and who works full time (not suitable for remote working)
Bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and chair.
The shared bathroom has a roll top bath, shower and toilet.

My home is bright, clean and comfortable. There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for 3 hours to clean all the communal areas. (if you would like the room cleaned that can be arranged with the cleaner for a fee)

Not a party house, we are respectful of everyone’s personal space, it has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, love to chat but also value quiet time.

Full use of the kitchen with dishwasher, cooker. Utility room with washing machine and toilet.
Living room, conservatory and garden with bbq for the summer months.
Wifi included.
