The room would suit a single professional female, to share with live in landlady and one other female tenant. We are both easy going and clean & tidy, and enjoy our surroundings. Ideally I am looking for someone that will appreciate a warm homely feel of the house. There is a lovely garden, fantastic for summer BBQ.
