Kitchen with washing machine, induction hob, electric oven and combi oven/microwave, frost free fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and crockery/utensils.

Bathroom with power shower/bath;

Extended lounge/diner with Virgin Tivo/Freeview TV, Blue Ray player, Patio doors leading to attractive and well-kept back garden;

Separate front lounge will also be available for use most of the time.

Parking available on the drive. Also on the street outside.

Sunny back garden with patio and lawn with established flower beds.

It is a quiet house. Max 3 people in total when all rooms rented out. Landlady may pop round/stay on arrangement.
