What’s the house like?

🏠 The bedroom is on the ground floor at the back of a contemporary house. (it is the room shown but has been redecorated)

• Two recently refurbished living rooms. One has two leather sofas, a 42in Smart TV and DVD player, 350MB Virgin broadband, NOW TV box, and wired connection for games consoles. The other is a quieter area with a leather chaise longue, sofa, armchairs and beanbags
• Large kitchen fitted with everything you need
• Private garden with furniture where you can relax or enjoy a BBQ
• Weekly cleaner for communal areas
• Gardener during the summer

For your safety, the landlord has fitted sprinklers, alarms and fire doors throughout.

What’s the area like?

You’ll find it easy to pop to the shops with a Tesco Express, café, bakery and M&S food hall just a two-minute walk.

🚗 If you drive, the M3 is only a couple of minutes away, and you can reach Heathrow terminals 4 & 5 and M25 in just ten minutes.

🚌 As for public transport, Ashford and Sunbury rail stations are 2km away while there are multiple local bus routes.
